📋 Description

• Assist with financial planning and budgeting • Develop financial models • Track and report on key initiatives • Lead ad hoc requests as required by leadership • Support Chief Commercial Officers • Interface directly with COMPLETE Commercial clients • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis during monthly close • Lead preparation of monthly reporting packages and track KPIs for leadership • Develop financial projections and build financial models for COMPLETE Commercial clients • Support project teams with financial guidance and track spend versus plan • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel, Adaptive Planning, PowerBI, and Tableau • Present budgets and monthly financial results to COMPLETE Commercial clients • Prepare and review client budgets, contracts, and statements of work • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• B.A. / B.S. in Finance or related • 2-5 years in a corporate finance or related role • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred • Life science industry experience preferred • Experience with D365 (Management Reporter), Workday Adaptive Planning, PowerBI and Tableau preferred • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday • Ability to perform office duties, including sitting or standing for long periods and occasionally lifting/moving up to 25 pounds
