📋 Description

• Support assigned service line(s) and/or assigned hospital • Interact with all levels of management to provide analysis and recommendations supporting financial goals and strategic plan • Work with Administration and Finance leaders • Prepare monthly Internal Financial Review and monthly financials, including performance, financial trends, variance analysis, and P&L analysis • Develop the annual operating budget including volumes, revenue, FTEs, salary, supply, and other expenses • Review and monitor budget input and spread to minimize budget error • Provide financial support to Administrator/Director and departmental leadership • Monitor charge capture and analyze reimbursement trends and impact to net collections • Analyze bi-weekly productivity metrics to ensure appropriate staffing levels • Partner with leadership on proformas, process improvement initiatives, and strategic planning • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field of study • Three (3) years of finance, accounting, or related experience • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to work with minimum supervision while prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines • Ability to critically review information and complete assignments with high accuracy • Bachelor’s degree can be in a discipline other than Finance, Business or Accounting if candidate has an MBA, MHA, or CPA • Required certifications, registrations, licenses: None
