📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for attorney and law firm clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service • Collaborate closely with SEO, Paid Media, and other internal teams to develop effective solutions and optimize client outcomes • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (GA4) • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports that clearly communicate results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven guidance to enhance marketing performance • Recommend marketing products, services, and strategies aligned with each client's goals and business needs • Proactively address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to support long-term account success and retention • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve client satisfaction, campaign effectiveness, and overall business growth

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role • Proven success managing client relationships and supporting performance-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive retention and growth • Strong understanding of core digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, social media, email, and content marketing • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization best practices • Demonstrate a positive, professional presence with the ability to build rapport, engage stakeholders at all levels, and confidently lead client-facing conversations and presentations • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate effectively across internal teams and serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Familiarity with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and their impact on the digital marketing landscape, with experience leveraging AI-powered platforms and tools to deliver client value • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while delivering measurable results
