📋 Description

• Monitor current affairs in the AMER region to detect events that may impact supply chain continuity and resilience • Analyze incoming data streams for relevance and impact to supply chains and customer needs • Report time-sensitive risk alerts for clients using open-source articles and exclusive and proprietary sources • Write long-form analytical reports on the known or projected supply-chain impacts of disruptive events • Provide actionable recommendations to clients based on their risk exposure • Support colleagues with additional research and writing tasks as needed • Engage cross-functionally and cross-regionally to build sustainable supply chain operations and increase client resilience to external shocks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, International Relations, Political Science, Economics or any other Social Sciences preferred • 1-2 years’ work experience, including internships, preferably with companies or organizations dealing in a relevant industry • English: Proficient, both oral and written • Ability to write error-free is a must • Second language proficiency preferred • Passion for current affairs and news • Knowledge of socioeconomic and political dynamics in AMER • Basic understanding of supply chain processes • Ability to act in a global environment • Good interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural differences and behaviors • Ability to work in a fluid and fast paced environment and manage uncertainty
