📋 Description

• Manage customer product implementations, customer re-implementations, and internal projects with Customer Operations leadership and Executive Sponsors • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines from kickoff through closeout • Monitor deadlines and proactively flag risks or blockers • Own day-to-day project communication, including status updates, meeting notes, and stakeholder follow-ups • Partner with internal teams and clients to keep projects on schedule • Maintain documentation covering scope, timelines, decisions, and changes • Deliver regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership • Keep project tracking tools up to date • Serve as the primary point of contact for projects and manage client and internal expectations • Escalate issues appropriately to leadership to maximize customer satisfaction and product value • Follow and improve project management processes and templates • Identify, participate in, and lead process improvement initiatives with the Customer Operations team • Travel occasionally to customer locations or company meetings, up to 10%

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing technical, cross-functional projects within enterprise software development environments • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams • Proven success managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Enablement teams • Analytical and creative approach to challenges • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, SmartSheets, or similar platforms • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum product development methodologies • Ability to work independently in a collaborative, team-first culture • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential, or actively working toward one • Genuine interest in an internal-facing project role with potential growth into a client-facing Project Manager role • Familiarity with EverTrue’s product suite and integration points is a plus
