📋 Description

• Manage project development during pre-design and design phases • Manage consultant contracts, including payment requests, amendments, schedule extensions, and contract closeout • Manage design development processes and deliverables through bid and construction • Review design documents for conformance with scope and stakeholder requirements • Manage estimates, value engineering, and constructability review processes • Provide technical assistance and recommendations to owners and client representatives • Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve project and program issues • Perform project data transactions using client software • Provide design and schedule updates • Investigate specific problems and provide architectural and engineering analysis and recommendations • Consult with regulatory agencies regarding interpretations and applications • Monitor professional consultant services and review submissions • Prepare reports for management and clients • Liaise between clients, end users, and government agencies • Arrange and conduct field inspections with design consultants during investigation, data gathering, and design development phases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Power Apps • Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, and Grasshopper/scripting for technical 2D drawings and 3D studies • Experience with SketchUp, GIS, Adobe Suite, BIM, Bluebeam Revu, and PMWeb Client Project Information Management Software • Budget understanding and development • General knowledge of architectural and engineering construction elements • Ability to read plans, details, sections, elevations, and reports • Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the US • 10% domestic travel required to client sites
