📋 Description

• Lead global data center upgrade/retrofit projects impacting critical and MEPS infrastructure • Identify program requirements, engage internal customers, and support programs through the full lifecycle • Administer upgrade/retrofit construction programs across multiple global locations • Develop program budgets, cash flows, commitments, and funding approvals with Cost Control • Lead cross-functional teams and multiple simultaneous programs • Initiate programs with technical authorities and collaborators, including program documentation • Identify process and communication gaps and implement solutions • Prepare program reporting covering schedule, budget, performance, risks, and opportunities • Update quarterly forecasts, budget spend status, and funding requests • Improve program processes, documentation, and workflows using feedback and metrics • Develop field execution and delivery plans • Provide project execution mentorship and assess construction workarounds • Establish master project timelines and budgets with stakeholders, project controls, contractors, and A&E design teams • Evaluate technical issues and develop potential solutions • Support schematic and design development reviews • Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, and recommendations • Participate in constructability reviews and value engineering • Lead program and project risk assessment and evaluation • Manage program costs, change controls, dashboards, and monthly updates • Coordinate lessons learned, document control, QA/QC, closeout documentation, and owner-direct vendors • Lead direct and matrix teams, including recruitment, staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and retention • Monitor staffing levels and human-resource utilization • Model behaviors consistent with the company’s RISE values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering preferred • At least 5+ years of previous program management experience, with at least 3 years focused on data center infrastructure or critical environments • Formal Program Management methods / standard methodologies • Cross-functional team participation in a high-tech, multifaceted environment • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills • Proven track record in delivering high-quality programs • Strong change management experience in development, implementation, and execution • Excellent technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Proven track record in talent assessment • Proficient with standard business applications and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite • Primavera P6 knowledge preferred • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and quickly-changing environment • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
