📋 Description

• Plan, organize, secure, and manage resources to complete specific program goals and objectives • Ensure projects run within scope, time, and budget constraints • Interface with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel • Coordinate activities to bring new equipment online at FAA facilities • Ensure project schedules are met and remain within budget constraints • Provide timely and accurate responses to technical and program inquiries • Assist in budget formulation activities using FAA government databases • Author required documents supporting program schedules • Work independently to achieve day-to-day program objectives • Update project schedules and provide input to FAA construction managers • Organize impromptu teleconferences and meetings to maintain project schedules and costs • Provide programmatic input to team members using client databases • Perform investigations and root cause analysis • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a BA or BS degree and 4 to 8 years of prior relevant experience OR additional years of relevant experience may be considered/accepted in lieu of a degree • Ability to work well with others • Ability to present ideas to diverse audiences • Proficient with MS Project and Excel (Macros) • Prior experience supporting the FAA • Knowledge of FAA radar technology • Technical background (Highly preferred) • Lean/Six Sigma Analysis skills • Data Analytics • Data architecture • Thrives in Ambiguity: Excels at creating structure, defining scope, and delivering results when initial parameters or guidelines are open-ended • Brings clarity to unstructured situations • Agile problem solver • Maintains composure and productivity during high-stakes situations • Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and undefined project scopes • Skilled at bringing structure and strategy to rapidly evolving environments • Adept at managing multiple moving parts with short turnaround times • Can adapt communication style to align different working approaches
