📋 Description

• Receive and review audio/files from digital reporters and resources • Assign transcription and scoping assignments to resources and vendors • Coordinate, manage, and track statuses as needed • Communicate with resources regarding audio/transcript status and other client requests • Provide feedback on job submissions • Monitor department inbox to promptly respond to client questions and other requests • Handle transcription-related phone calls • Coordinate deliverables with other Operations departments • Guide clients through the client-provided audio transcription request process, including providing cost estimates • Maintain up-to-date information in databases and job boards • Quality-check, format, and finalize transcripts as needed • Suggest improvements to transcription workflows, policies, and procedures through process improvements and/or technology utilization • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of three years’ experience in an office or customer-service setting or a combination of education and industry experience required • Transcription experience preferred • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office products • Strong attention to detail • Excellent customer service skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Decision-making skills and good judgment • Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment
