📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to AirStrip's project management methodology • Direct and manage delivery of projects from beginning to end • Create the Project Charter and Project Plan • Lead team calls and track tasks and issues in an Action Log • Track milestones and deliverables • Perform risk management and contingency planning • Conduct lessons learned meetings at the end of projects • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders • Set and manage project expectations • Delegate tasks and responsibilities • Identify and resolve project team issues and conflicts • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations • Manage changes in project scope and identify potential crises • Define and communicate project success criteria • Conduct project postmortems and create recommendation reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in a technical field, healthcare field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or business with significant portions managing IT projects or technology deployment projects • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or actively in progress of obtaining • 2+ years previous work experience in project support of similar experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills • Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages • Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities • Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments • Proven history of self-motivation and ability to work independently • Team Player, works well collaboratively and learns quickly • Detail oriented, ability to exhaust all resources when troubleshooting issues • Customer focused approach • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills; Ownership & follow thru on multiple issue types • Effective time management skills
