📋 Description

• Provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets with Project Management and scientific teams • Track progress, report key metrics, anticipate risks, and help resolve issues • Support timely completion of tasks and deliverables • Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders • Coordinate meetings, document action items, and maintain alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines • Support resource allocation and monitor project expenses against budgets • Maintain organized project documentation and records • Help ensure reporting requirements and quality standards are met • Contribute to project reviews and retrospectives by capturing lessons learned and tracking follow-up actions • Assist in refining project management tools, templates, and workflows • Identify opportunities to add value, manage competing priorities with minimal supervision, and contribute to the collaborative environment • Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, scientific research leads, and project teams across PSE

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or related administrative support roles • Strong passion for and/or knowledge of climate, energy, environment, public health, and/or energy policy issues, or demonstrated eagerness to learn quickly • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with ability to meet deadlines • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities • Proficiency with Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack • Experience tracking budgets and expenses • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Commitment to PSE Healthy Energy’s mission and values • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Policy, or related field (desired) • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies (desired) • Prior experience in research, academic, scientific, or nonprofit environments (desired) • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude (desired) • Ability to use a computer and sit for extended periods; good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity; visual acuity; overall mobility
