📋 Description

• Support coordination and execution of the CyberCARE federal cybersecurity awareness campaign from planning through final publication • Maintain project plans, schedules, tracking documentation, master schedules, deliverable logs, review trackers, and distribution records • Track videos, e-blasts, knowledge checks, polls, surveys, infographics, digital signage assets, and physical posters through production, review, approval, and release • Distribute materials to stakeholders, track feedback and revision cycles, and confirm final approvals • Coordinate Section 508 compliance reviews before publication • Coordinate video production timelines, milestones, and final YouTube links for campaign-channel integration • Coordinate with intranet and digital signage teams on homepage tiles, signage assets, kiosk materials, and posters • Schedule engagement posts and webpage updates according to the weekly campaign schedule • Monitor and triage the program resource mailbox and route inquiries to appropriate team members • Provide meeting scheduling and logistics support, including agendas, notes, and action items • Prepare status updates and project documentation for stakeholders • Support other Awareness and Training Program communications throughout the program year • Work under the direction of a program or project manager to keep campaign activities and deliverables on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing support, communications, campaign management, or a related role • Internship, coursework, or academic project experience involving coordination, communications, or campaign support will be considered in lieu of professional experience • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to track multiple concurrent deliverables and meet deadlines • Effective written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Ability to follow established processes and workflows for content review, approval routing, and publication coordination • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps, track open items, and follow through to resolution • Willingness to learn and apply federal accessibility standards, including Section 508 compliance requirements • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under the direction of a program or project manager • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance • Preferred: Prior internship or work experience supporting a marketing, communications, or awareness campaign • Preferred: Experience in marketing campaigns, including internship or student experience • Desired: Familiarity with project management concepts, tools, or methodologies, including basic scheduling and task tracking • Desired: Exposure to or interest in cybersecurity awareness, federal communications programs, or government IT environments • Desired: Familiarity with Microsoft Viva Engage, SharePoint, or similar enterprise collaboration and communication platforms • Desired: Experience with or interest in digital marketing, content management, or multi-channel communications campaigns • Desired: Familiarity with Microsoft Forms or similar survey and engagement tools • Desired: Exposure to plain language writing principles or federal communications standards • Desired: Coursework or certification in project management, marketing, or communications, such as CAPM, Google Project Management Certificate, or HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
