📋 Description

• Lead complex projects across the full lifecycle using Agile, Scrum, and traditional SDLC methodologies • Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, resource plans, and status reports • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align project goals and timelines • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive sponsors • Support critical business technology and IT modernization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing technology and business projects • PMP certification is required • Extensive experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and full SDLC processes • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across teams and levels • Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience with enterprise environments or regulated industries • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project • Agile certifications or experience in organizational change projects is a plus • Authorized to work in the United States
