📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact and day-to-day program lead • Build relationships with the client’s COR, technical POC, subject matter experts, and stakeholders • Own and maintain the program’s milestone delivery schedule • Track progress, deliverables, and contract requirements • Manage the FFP/CLIN contract structure, deliverables, milestones, payments, invoicing, and program documentation • Plan and oversee subcontractor performance • Coordinate nationwide site visits, site access approvals, travel planning, staffing, equipment logistics, and multi-site scheduling • Lead program risk management and issue resolution • Recommend mitigation strategies for schedule, resource, scope, weather, site-access, and operational risks • Lead recurring internal and client-facing status meetings • Report on schedule, cost, risk, staffing, and deliverable status • Ensure client data is handled in accordance with CUI requirements

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree) • 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 2+ years managing federal government IT contracts • Experience managing Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contracts with CLIN-based, deliverable- and milestone-driven payment structures • Experience managing subcontractors, including scheduling, performance oversight, quality assurance, and cost tracking • Experience coordinating multi-site field operations and staff travel logistics across a large, distributed geographic footprint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience developing and maintaining Quality Control Plans, milestone delivery schedules, and program status reporting • Working knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling requirements • Ability to travel occasionally (minimal) to support program kickoff, client meetings, or site coordination activities as needed • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred • Prior experience supporting a federal agency with mission-critical infrastructure, radar, or spectrum programs preferred • Familiarity with radar systems, telecommunications, spectrum management, or geospatial and survey services preferred • Experience coordinating field survey, RF/spectrum engineers, or similar technical field staff preferred • Familiarity with GIS/geospatial data platforms, including Open-Source and Esri, preferred
