📋 Description

• Provide consulting services for client accounts to support strategic business objectives • Support project governance activities across the client portfolio • Maintain governance frameworks for stakeholder engagement and design standards compliance • Develop and maintain project reporting and compliance dashboards for leadership review • Monitor project compliance and performance metrics across multiple projects • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities • Support client stakeholders, project executives, and project managers through training, documentation, and hypercare support • Coordinate change management and communications across client stakeholder teams • Maintain stakeholder Points-of-Contact records and track engagements • Support continuous improvement of governance practices, reporting capabilities, and project controls • Promote data integrity and maintain accurate program management documentation and reporting tools • Lead by example in accordance with CBRE RISE values • Travel up to 25% overnight throughout the United States may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred • 3–7 years of experience in project governance, PMO, project controls, program management, project coordination, business analysis, or related functions • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and portfolio management practices • Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance analytics • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
