• Own the daily setup, scheduling, optimization, and deployment of all email marketing campaigns • Work cross-functionally with the sales team to develop cohesive email cadences • Oversee database health by performing monthly updates and segmenting lists accurately • Track and analyze key email metrics to provide actionable insights • Set up and maintain automated customer journeys, including welcome series and re-engagement campaigns
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on email marketing • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field • Experience utilizing major ESP platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaigner, or Klaviyo • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS specifically for email layouts • Strong proofreading skills and ability to write engaging subject lines • Comfortable working with data, Excel spreadsheets, and Google Analytics
