âą The Director, Actuarial Services is responsible for ensuring actuarial work meets high standards for quality and relevance. âą Work closely with actuarial, risk analytics, and opportunity analytics teams. âą Help shape standard workflows and reduce manual efforts. âą Ensure outputs are sound and defensible across various models.
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelorâs degree in a quantitative field (actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or data science) âą Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (ASA or FSA) âą 5+ years of experience in a health actuarial setting âą Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel âą Proven ability to evaluate and improve complex actuarial models âą Strong project management and organizational skills âą Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders âą Experience presenting to senior internal and client audiences.
