📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing team with deep expertise across assigned states • Deliver actuarial insights to inform rate changes and key business initiatives • Assess top-line and bottom-line effects of rate and non-rate actions • Translate complex data into clear, data-driven recommendations • Oversee and contribute to complex quantitative analyses and modeling efforts • Independently validate analyses through reasonability checks and error identification • Clearly present findings and strategic recommendations to peers, business partners, and senior leadership • Partner with cross-functional teams to align actuarial strategies with broader business goals • Mentor, coach, and support your direct team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of actuarial or related experience • ACAS designation or near completion • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional expertise in a specialized field • Strong actuarial, analytical, and programming capabilities (SQL proficiency required) • Proven ability to execute and oversee complex analyses and projects • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with business partners and senior leadership • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Track record of driving process improvements and enhancing methodologies.
