📋 Description

• Define and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product line aligned with Evolent Health's business objectives • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities • Translate business requirements and user needs into product specifications and user stories • Lead, coach, and guide product managers • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations throughout the product lifecycle • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success and identify improvements • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to executive leadership and stakeholders • Represent Evolent Health as a subject matter expert at industry events and client meetings • Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards • Establish strategic direction for AI-enabled solutions and platforms • Drive enterprise adoption of GenAI capabilities across product offerings • Partner with data science leadership to prioritize model investments and scalable AI platform capabilities • Sponsor strategic AI innovation initiatives, pilots, and proofs of concept • Define governance, performance, and adoption measures for AI-powered products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience • Minimum 7–10+ years of progressive product management experience • At least 5 years in a senior or leadership role • Proven track record launching and scaling complex software products • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management, such as Scrum and Kanban • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities • Experience overseeing AI product portfolios and enterprise AI transformation initiatives • Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field • Preferred: Experience with value-based care models, population health management, or payer/provider solutions • Preferred: Proven experience delivering and scaling GenAI-powered products in healthcare or enterprise software • Preferred: Deep understanding of LLMs, AI strategy, and AI product lifecycle management • Preferred: Strong track record partnering with data science, analytics, and engineering organizations • Preferred: Demonstrated healthcare/technology sector experience • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home
