📋 Description

• Support execution of Evolent's provider experience strategy • Ensure providers and payer clients achieve desired outcomes through products and services from market implementation • Promote utilization of Evolent's digital platforms • Identify and remove barriers creating friction for provider practices • Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders relying on Provider Experience expertise • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive provider satisfaction and digital solution adoption • Centralize and scale efficiencies and standardize practice, training, education, and provider support services • Develop and maintain relationships with provider groups, practice administrators, and key provider stakeholders • Pull through business rules and policy with payer clients while prioritizing provider experience • Anticipate and triage practice issues and challenges • Support payer client deliverables with analytics in partnership with Marketing, Product, Clinical Operations, and CSO teams • Develop oncology education and training content • Analyze provider product usage data and engagement metrics • Review dashboards, manage priority KPIs, and report KPIs to clients and internal leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred • Minimum of 2 years provider engagement experience • Exceptional communication skills • In-depth knowledge of provider engagement, network management, and performance improvement methodologies • Proficient in leveraging best practices, a project management discipline, and strong operational mindset • Exceptional analytical ability • Strong alignment with corporate values • Experience with generative AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions • Ability to travel up to 10% • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • All candidates must complete a comprehensive background check • In-person I-9 verification required • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • Government-issued photo ID required for identity verification • Artificial intelligence tools prohibited during interviews
