📋 Description

• Translate annual and quarterly goals into concrete actions, milestones, and checklists • Maintain and further develop the EVOLVE OS as a holistic system and the core of the service • Manage operational processes within the agency and, when needed, in Finance and People Ops • Develop KPI dashboards and overviews • Introduce new automations and processes using Claude, Make, and n8n • Coordinate a team responsible for implementation • Operate the OKR system in day-to-day work, including reminders, check-ins, and dashboards • Analyze bottlenecks in daily operations together with team leads and resolve root causes • Act as the interface between all six departments • Track processes, deadlines, tasks, and projects on a daily basis • Handle reporting to the executive management • Medium-term: independently own processes and automations and operationally manage Finance and People Ops workflows • Long-term: pursue either a specialist track focusing on systems and automation or a leadership track toward Head of Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in project and process management, ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Asana • Basic understanding of automation tools like Make or n8n • Analytical and systems thinking with basic controlling knowledge • Excellent self-organization for 100% remote work • Clear, structured communication internally and externally • Confident use of Google Sheets and Excel for analyses and data structures • Strong affinity for AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude • Ability to collaborate with team leads on processes at eye level without disciplinary authority • Process management must not be entirely foreign • Willingness to engage with detailed day-to-day tasks, processes, and specifics
