📋 Description

• Own the strategy behind creative shown to potential customers across ads, landing pages and mail pieces • Design static, motion and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, display and new test channels • Create multiple versions of concepts across formats and sizes • Ship new ad variants weekly with performance marketers around hypotheses involving hooks, messages, formats and audiences • Analyze results with the team and apply learnings to subsequent creative iterations • Design landing page visuals, direct mail pieces and lifecycle email creative • Collaborate with brand and product marketing to maintain brand consistency while testing boldly • Build templates, asset libraries and a creative learnings log • Use AI tools to increase output and speed iteration • Help the team improve its use of AI tools • Work as an individual contributor on a small, flat, high-ownership growth team focused on owner acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years designing performance or direct-response creative — paid social ads, display, landing pages — for a consumer, marketplace or lead-generation business • Portfolio showing high-volume ad work and how it was tested and iterated • Strong in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud • Comfortable with motion and basic video editing using After Effects, Premiere or similar • Ability to explain why a variant won and use performance data to decide what to make next • Fast, organized and comfortable with feedback and short turnaround • AI-native working style; experience using AI tools to generate, iterate and resize creative • Nice to have: experience designing for print or direct mail and working with print vendors • Nice to have: ability to read Meta Ads Manager or channel dashboards • Nice to have: copywriting instincts for headlines and hooks • Must live in an approved U.S. location by the first day; hiring is available anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii • Evolve participates in e-Verify for all positions
