📋 Description

• Shape Pinterest’s performance creative across social and digital touchpoints • Concept, collaborate, and execute creative briefs from the Marketing team • Create high-impact creative solutions that advance the business and Pinterest brand • Iterate quickly and communicate ideas at different levels of fidelity • Develop pixel-perfect graphic assets independently • Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, producers, and marketers • Present and explain creative work to stakeholders, creative directors, and team members • Craft visual stories using insights to strengthen messaging • Use AI tools, prompt engineering, AI voiceover, and AI music to optimize workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with performance marketing or digital advertising • Insights-driven thinking with ability to design story-based creative using key insights and test data • Passion for developing impactful design solutions • Exceptional attention to detail in composition, layout, imagery, typography, color, and pacing • Strong concept development within static and motion assets • Portfolio with outstanding digital and social creative • Awareness of current design and cultural trends across design, music, art, fashion, AI, and technology • Ability to articulate ideas and present work • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects quickly and efficiently • Excellent interpersonal skills • Deep experience collaborating with partners from concept to delivery • Fluency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Magnific is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Design, Advertising, or equivalent experience • Current AI toolset knowledge
