📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective SharePoint solutions • Configure and manage sites, site collections, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and navigation • Administer SharePoint farms through Central Administration and PowerShell • Configure and support web applications, service applications, search, workflows, and permissions • Manage authentication, access controls, and platform security • Monitor platform health, availability, capacity, and performance • Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, configuration, and user-access issues • Support deployments, patches, backups, restoration, and disaster-recovery activities • Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams across Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and SQL Server • Prepare technical documentation and provide guidance or training to users and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing, configuring, administering, and supporting on-premises SharePoint environments • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server 2016 • Experience with SharePoint Central Administration and farm architecture • Experience with site collections, web applications, and service applications • Experience with SharePoint Search, permissions, and security • Experience with Windows Server and Internet Information Services (IIS) • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server • Experience with Active Directory and claims-based authentication • Experience with PowerShell • Experience with SharePoint lists, libraries, workflows, content types, and metadata • Experience with information architecture and document management • Availability to work during planned maintenance windows between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST/UTC−4), when required and coordinated in advance • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical SharePoint solutions • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills • Understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and platform administration • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills • Experience with SharePoint Designer 2013, InfoPath 2013, C# and .NET, CSOM, REST APIs, custom web parts, farm solutions, migrations or version upgrades, other SharePoint Server versions, SharePoint Online or hybrid environments, reporting integrations, or high-availability and disaster-recovery environments is a plus
