📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end technical onboarding for customers from integration design through to live trading • Configure and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP POST, FTP/SFTP, CSV, XML and JSON • Validate shipment, manifest, label and event data against Evri requirements • Troubleshoot integration, connectivity and dataflow issues across customer, internal and third-party systems • Support integration testing ahead of go-live • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for live integrations • Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs • Maintain integration specifications, technical documentation and SOPs • Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Product, Development, Testing and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting commercially valuable clients • Strong communication skills • Understanding of API integrations • Ability to troubleshoot data exchanges • Knowledge of file-based integrations and data structures such as CSV, XML and JSON • Strong attention to detail around data accuracy and label compliance • Ability to manage multiple integrations and prioritise effectively • Calm, solutions-focused approach during peak logistics periods
