📋 Description

• Deliver quality standards ensuring proper medication profiles are managed, reviewed, and verified • Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions • Verify hard-copy and digital prescriptions • Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians via phone and email • Supervise and execute incoming and outgoing prescription transfers • Ensure legal, privacy, and compliance requirements are met • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Help build team capabilities through leadership and follow-up in a call-center environment • Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in communications and interactions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) • Active license in state of residence • Experience with pharmacist verification work • Clinical judgement expertise • Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is a plus • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Ability to collaborate with multiple partners • Exceptional standards of customer care • Strong attention to detail and high level of organization • Problem-solving ability • Ability to multitask • Excellent communication skills and customer service • Self-starter with little to no supervision needed • Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory • May be necessary to work extended hours as needed • Availability outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis • Travel may be required for special organization or department events, team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and client engagements • Applicants must be eligible to work in this country
