📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for commercial workflows including quoting, rating and pricing, booking, and self-service capabilities for air and ocean freight movements • Partner with engineering and design to translate freight commercial operations domain knowledge into enterprise-grade product requirements • Evaluate emerging AI/ML, agentic quoting and dynamic pricing, real-time rate distribution, and industry data standards • Run structured discovery with logistics operators and industry experts to validate and prioritize the roadmap • Partner with commercial and go-to-market teams to align the roadmap with buyer needs and competitive dynamics • Define success metrics and drive products from concept through launch and iteration • Deliver the commercial capability roadmap, build early-customer adoption and feedback, and incorporate research into product and architecture decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software • Substantial experience focused on commercial/pricing systems for freight and logistics operators • Prior experience as a Product Manager at a logistics/freight technology provider or within a large logistics company’s internal technology team • Deep expertise in air/ocean contract and spot rate management, RFQ/RFP handling, and quote-to-booking conversion • Experience running discovery, demos, and structured feedback sessions with senior logistics stakeholders • Ability to translate customer input into clear product decisions • Technical fluency with APIs, rate engines, and system integrations • Track record shipping enterprise software end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration • Fluency in AI/ML, agentic quoting and dynamic pricing, digital rate distribution, marketplace models, real-time carrier connectivity, and evolving industry data-exchange standards preferred • Experience designing scalable products preferred • Familiarity with relevant air/ocean freight industry bodies, standards, or trade associations preferred • MBA or technical background is a plus, not required
