📋 Description

• Serve as a key finance business partner supporting financial operations • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Plant Leadership • Prepare and deliver timely financial reporting • Develop and maintain operational KPIs • Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes • Analyze plant performance, labor productivity, material costs, inventory management, capital expenditures, and manufacturing operations • Measure and analyze MUV and labor utilization across multiple sites • Evaluate and report on WIP usage and variances • Set and measure savings targets with Plant Directors • Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations • Provide ad hoc reporting as needed • Standardize management reporting and strengthen financial processes • Drive continuous improvement across Manufacturing Solutions • Support key operational and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a similar background • Experience preferably in a global industrial manufacturing environment • Experience in positions with increasing responsibility • Strong analytical, financial, and systems skills • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Experience in a private equity environment is a plus • Analytical, collaborative, and hands-on approach • Strong manufacturing finance experience • Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights • Self-starter who anticipates stakeholder needs • Ability to improve existing reporting and analysis • Ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require
