📋 Description
• Gather and translate business requirements across Sales, Field Operations, and Supply Chain into user stories and functional designs • Design and support Salesforce solutions covering Sales lifecycle management, consignee stock tracking, defect reporting, and case management • Collaborate closely with mobile application teams to define field-user workflows and enable offline/real-time data capture
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst • 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience • Experience in Medical Devices / Healthcare Manufacturing domain • Strong understanding of consignment inventory models and surgical/clinical product usage tracking • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP / inventory / external systems • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models • Preferred: Experience with custom mobile application development (Angular or similar) • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
