📋 Description

• Provide design support for client refreshes and layout updates • Create and update equipment layouts, equipment decks, price estimates, and site surveys • Support senior project leads with project coordination, documentation, and deliverables • Manage equipment approvals with Supply Chain and equipment orders • Gather and analyze internal data and industry research to inform design decisions • Distribute and track post-installation and NPS surveys • Maintain equipment decks, education materials, CAD symbols, and presentation templates • Coordinate site surveys, attend select site walks, and support installations as needed • Assist with sales presentations and participate in client site walks when required • Develop skills to lead design projects over time

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within the fitness industry (coaching, operations, management, or related roles) • Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple digital tools and platforms • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Proven ability to track project tasks, deliverables, and timelines • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally • Genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and human performance • Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and/or 3D rendering tools is a plus (not required) • Preferred location: East Coast • Up to 10% travel required
