📋 Description

• Support and operate production processes • Handle support tickets • Monitor environments • Verify processing activities • Execute operational procedures • Independently analyze and resolve incidents • Identify root causes • Implement improvements • Interact with internal and external clients via Jira, Microsoft Teams, and email • Track requests and communicate the solutions implemented • Rigorously follow standardized processes and participate in periodic audits • Contribute to the team's service stability, quality, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate knowledge of using Linux operating systems from the command line • Basic knowledge of SQL • Experience with Linux • Experience with Shell scripting • Experience with MySQL • Knowledge of ITIL • Knowledge of change management • Knowledge of root cause analysis • Knowledge of quality management • Initiative and a proactive approach • Sense of urgency • Critical thinking and ability to interpret messages for ticket categorization
