📋 Description

• Administer and maintain HR systems, primarily Workday, supporting daily operations, user questions, system navigation, and issue resolution • Partner with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Partners, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and research root causes • Support Workday configuration, enhancement, and release activities by gathering requirements, documenting impacts, completing regression testing, validating results, and assisting with implementation readiness • Monitor and improve HR data quality through audits, discrepancy research, and corrective actions • Create and update HRIS documentation, job aids, testing materials, process guides, and training resources • Assist with system projects, process improvements, interface changes, job profile updates, merit and compensation processes, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional HR technology initiatives • Communicate system updates, process changes, testing outcomes, and training needs to HR partners and stakeholders • Support HR reporting and analytics by helping users locate reports, validating outputs, and improving access to HR data • Process internal HRIS help desk tickets, coordinate resolution steps, document updates, and escalate complex items

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS configuration and system administration, preferably Workday • Experience may include a combination of work experience and education • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR or other related field • Workday Pro Certification for HCM preferred
