📋 Description

• Lead the annual financial and strategic planning process for Revenue Cycle Management • Serve as strategic finance advisor to RCM leadership • Lead analyses and projects providing insights into RCM performance • Translate complex financial and RCM operational information into actionable recommendations • Partner on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, organizational changes, and capacity planning • Collaborate with RCM leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on business solutions and decision support • Manage strategic planning, business cases, investment analysis, automation, process improvement, and M&A support projects • Align financial plans, operational decisions, workforce strategies, client commitments, and company priorities • Review and ensure the quality of financial and operational data • Develop operational insights to improve financial performance, productivity, and service delivery • Analyze revenue, gross margin, labor costs, productivity, collections, accounts receivable days, denial trends, and other RCM metrics • Identify performance trends and root causes and recommend corrective actions • Lead financial reporting and RCM business performance reviews covering results, risks, opportunities, forecasts, and outlook • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience • At least eight years of related work experience • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with senior leaders • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, financial statements, business performance analysis, and service-based operating models • Ability to connect financial performance with operational drivers, workforce capacity, productivity, and client outcomes • Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills • Experience with Salesforce CRM and financial planning or reporting systems • Ability to travel as needed
