📋 Description

• Design and improve the systems that power the business • Simplify workflows and eliminate manual processes through automation • Improve how teams collaborate, communicate, and access information • Build dashboards and reporting that help leaders make better decisions • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve productivity • Lead business systems initiatives from idea through implementation • Partner with leaders across the organization to solve operational challenges • Lead and mentor a small technical team

🎯 Requirements

• Led business systems, automation, or digital transformation initiatives • Improved workflows across multiple departments • Built reporting or operational visibility for leadership teams • Introduced automation or AI that created measurable business improvements • Worked closely with executives to solve business—not just technical—problems • Experience with some of the following is highly desirable: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Business intelligence and reporting platforms, Workflow automation tools, AI productivity tools
