📋 Description

• Lead the complete finance function through a hands-on transition • Build accurate, controlled financial reporting and protect cash and payroll • Own budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash planning • Make profitability visible by location, brand, channel, and product • Evaluate pricing, promotions, and investment decisions with real business cases • Redesign the finance team's structure, systems, and controls • Eventually build a successor • Take over the finance function and turn finance into a real-time engine for business decisions • Option to stay embedded, build a successor, or expand into wider work across the portfolio once operations are stable

🎯 Requirements

• Significant senior finance leadership experience, ideally at CFO level • A track record improving profitability, forecasting, and cash management • Strong commercial instincts — pricing, unit economics, investment analysis • Advanced, hands-on use of AI and modern finance tools • Professional finance/accounting qualification strongly preferred • Experience inside a complex, multi-location hospitality, retail, or restaurant business • Client-facing advisory or consulting experience • History of challenging executives with hard evidence, not just opinions
