• Bachelor’s degree or actively pursuing one. • 2-3 years of customer service/support experience preferred. • Experience with Zendesk or similar support ticketing tools. • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace. • Strong oral and written communication skills with diverse audiences. • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
