📋 Description
• Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload by conducting evaluations and therapy sessions • Manage and mentor a team of SLPs through regular 1:1 meetings and clinical coaching • Ensure SLPs are effectively utilizing Expressable systems, resources, policies, and best practices • Partner with organizational leaders to resolve clinical concerns and communicate key updates • Lead monthly meetings focused on clinical excellence, engagement, collaboration, and alignment • Track and analyze team member performance metrics and implement data-driven improvement plans • Conduct first-round interviews with SLP candidates to support continued growth of the provider base • Model high-quality care delivery and maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices
🎯 Requirements
• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number • Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) • Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms • Minimum 2 years of post-CF experience in pediatric settings • Previous leadership experience required • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently • Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
