📋 Description

• Collaborate on project initiatives and improvements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and supporting internal client requests; • Implement and ensure the maintenance of the company's adopted project management standards; • Lead regulatory requirements and strategic projects characterized by strict, non-negotiable deadlines; • Ensure process optimization and control of execution stages; • Identify and clearly present quantitative and qualitative benefits in a structured and easy-to-understand manner; • Manage multiple projects and improvements simultaneously, from development through closure; • Develop budgets and schedules in coordination with technology teams and underwriting business units, as well as organize documentation and oversee project progress; • Plan and develop processes; • Monitor errors and drive root cause resolution; • Track milestones to ensure compliance with deadlines and SLAs; • Prepare status reports and support the development of monitoring reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Technology, or related fields; • Experience in an insurance company, working in product, operations, project, or continuous improvement areas; • Knowledge of the insurance lifecycle, from sale through claims settlement, with a focus on products (product specifics, policy and terms and conditions); • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Azure DevOps; • Experience in project management and familiarity with agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, among others); • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Hands-on profile; • Leadership skills; • Strong interpersonal skills; • Analytical skills. • Desired: • MBA or postgraduate degree; • Knowledge of the Transportation insurance line; • Experience creating dashboards.
