📋 Description

• Build and run the annual global events plan across North America, EMEA, and APAC • Run ExtraHop's presence at flagship shows such as RSAC, Fal.Con, and Black Hat, plus select vertical events • Set event goals including target-account meetings, customer engagement, analyst and press time, and partner pipeline • Partner with Sales, SDRs, and Partners before events to set account targets and book meetings • Run post-event follow-up within agreed SLAs • Work with Product Marketing and executive speakers on session content, briefings, and demos • Co-plan events with channel, GSI, and technology partners, including partner-funded programs • Own and reallocate the events budget based on pipeline performance • Report on target-account attendance, meetings, buying-committee contacts, sourced and influenced pipeline, and cost per engaged account • Share event and program results with marketing and sales leadership • Manage event agencies and vendors, including contracts, booth design and build, production, venues, logistics, and lead processing • Maintain clean event data in Salesforce and Eloqua so attendance and engagement tie to accounts and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years running events for B2B technology companies • At least 3 years owning a multi-event annual program and budget • Track record of executive events for senior buyers such as CISOs, CIOs, and VPs, including pipeline or revenue results • Experience running events in an ABM or named-account motion and working directly with sales teams on account targets and meetings • Experience with flagship enterprise security or IT shows and international events • Ability to build budgets, measure ROI by account and opportunity, and make data-driven cut-or-keep decisions • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform • Experience managing exhibit agencies, venues, and production vendors on tight timelines • Ability to brief executives and sales teams, set expectations for booth and dinner staff, and hold people accountable • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Ability to work cooperatively with organizational and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments • Predictable, reliable attendance • Cybersecurity, network, or IT operations industry experience preferred • Events experience in regulated industries such as financial services, public sector, or healthcare preferred
