📋 Description

• Provide personalized travel support to travelers before, during, and after travel • Assist with basic cancellations, changes, and updates to hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings • Provide accurate fare information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings • Work with client contacts to understand and meet program objectives and outcomes • Identify clients' critical success factors for projects • Maintain project documentation, including service agreements and SLAs, for contract and policy compliance • Troubleshoot issues using agent tools and assist travelers effectively • Coordinate program planning from post-sale through final billing • Participate in team meetings covering product launches, industry updates, and team initiatives • Continuously improve travel industry and platform knowledge • Complete training in Navan systems • Support the Team Lead • Build business relationships and drive revenue across Navan's Event Travel services while supporting clients' event objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Professional oral and written communication skills required • Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suites skills, along with the technical aptitude to learn new technology • Client-facing video calls for setup and project management required • Knowledge of internal communication tools, including Slack • Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters quickly and efficiently • Empathetic disposition and ability to maintain a professional attitude • Experience and ability to adapt and thrive in a hyper-growth environment • Independent thinking and ability to use available resources to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries • Prior successful experience developing and maintaining key client and Account Manager/Account Executive relationships • Proven record of strong customer service skills and positive CSAT outcomes • Reliable and flexible, with openness to non-traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends • Interest in travel and basic understanding of world geography • One to three years of Group Travel planning experience preferred • Navan TravelXen knowledge preferred, with strong understanding of travel bookings • 4+ years of GDS experience preferred, including Sabre PNR building and ticketing; Amadeus and NDC preferred as well
