📋 Description

• Develop advanced GUIs • Develop advanced Trigger Scripts • Develop intermediate external REST API scripts • Apply intermediate networking knowledge • Apply intermediate application design knowledge • Understand, develop, and implement cloud network design in AWS, Azure, and GCP • Work with SOC and Incident Response Teams on workflows using network data to decrease Mean-time-to-Respond • Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs to extend ExtraHop platform functionality • Develop customized data analysis to monitor changing technical and business conditions in real time • Create rich data visualizations for tactical investigations and strategic objectives • Create automated tools to streamline repeatable processes and maximize time spent building intelligent solutions • Conduct hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience • BS degree or equivalent • Experience in customer-facing positions • Excellent interpersonal skills • Understanding of core networking principles (layers 2 through 4 of the OSI model) • Understanding of application protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS) • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript • Excellent written communication skills • Independence, motivation, and desire for practice ownership
