📋 Description

• Prospect, qualify, and close independent optical practices, opticians, and small optical retail groups across the US • Build and manage a robust pipeline, consistently hitting and exceeding new-logo targets • Run the full sales motion: outreach, discovery, product demo, pricing, negotiation, and close • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth install and go-live for every new customer • Represent Eyebot at trade shows and industry events to build relationships and generate demand • Bring field intelligence back into the organization to shape product, pricing, and commercial strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong, demonstrable record in new business development (hunting), not just account management • Optical industry experience is required. You understand how independent optical practices and small retailers operate, what they care about, and how they buy • Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline and closing net-new accounts against a quota • Comfort owning the entire sales cycle, from cold outreach all the way through close • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Willingness to travel as needed across the US
