📋 Description

• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead the end-to-end planning, and execution of large-scale, complex, cross-functional People Strategy initiatives • Shape HR Infrastructure & Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of operations • Define Solutions & Strategies: Synthesize complex information and develop data-driven insights • Navigate Complexity & Autonomy: Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities • Apply Advanced Methodologies: Leverage strategic frameworks and structured design approaches • Measure Strategic Impact: Establish key metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure program effectiveness • Influence & Collaborate: Serve as a trusted strategic partner and expert • Elevate Functional Capability: Contribute to building the capabilities of the People Strategy function

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 10-15+ years of progressive experience in HR Strategy • Proven experience independently scoping, designing, and leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives • Demonstrated experience identifying systemic operational challenges within an HR function • Highly developed strategic thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of strategic HR principles • Strong systems thinker
