âą 7+ years of progressive HR / People experience with strong US specific expertise âą Proven experience in a SMB SaaS or technology company âą Hands-on experience with US benefits administration âą Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Namely, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Rippling or Lattice âą Strong knowledge of US employment law across federal and multiple state jurisdictions âą Demonstrable experience managing US immigration processes H-1B, OPT, green card and I-9 compliance âą Excellent policy writing skills âą Experience drafting and reviewing employment contracts and separation agreements âą A self-starter who takes ownership, operates with high integrity and thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment
