📋 Description

• Develop, coach, and inspire Nurse Practitioner Leads and provider teams • Lead clinical education strategy, design, and delivery for Nurse Practitioners and other licensed providers • Elevate consultation, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making • Drive provider productivity, documentation excellence, and consistent clinical execution across multiple markets • Establish and reinforce clinical standards, protocols, and best practices • Partner with Market Managers to align clinical excellence with operational performance and business results • Use clinical and business data to identify opportunities, coach providers, and improve performance • Lead onboarding, mentoring, and professional development • Support launches of new services, products, providers, and clinics • Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and clinical excellence • Build consistent clinical experiences that strengthen guest loyalty and long-term relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing • Ability to support multiple markets • Three or more years of progressive leadership experience, including multi-site clinical oversight • Medical aesthetics experience strongly preferred • Proven record developing high-performing provider teams through coaching, mentorship, and accountability • Experience developing and delivering clinical education, provider onboarding, competency programs, or continuing education initiatives • Demonstrated success improving consultation quality, treatment planning, provider productivity, and guest retention • Experience partnering with operational leaders to achieve clinical excellence and business performance • Strong business acumen and ability to use clinical and operational data to drive measurable results • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel approximately 40 to 50 percent throughout Face Forward’s Midwest markets • Willingness to reside within the Midwest • Ability to advance aesthetic medicine and create exceptional guest and provider experiences
