📋 Description

• Partner directly with business units to support creative marketing campaigns, product development, and new member capabilities • Act as a daily resource for the team, finding compliant ways to deliver creative messages to the intended audience • Support IAR registrations, communication reviews, OBA’s, and regulatory filings (ADV’s) • Build policies and procedures for a rapidly growing company transitioning toward best-in-class subscription metrics • Act as a key point of contact for member issues to ensure the best outcomes for 16,000+ members • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Planning • Review AI-driven tools for the planning engine • Help design compliance systems for a flat-fee financial advice model

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of compliance experience with a Registered Investment Advisor • Desire to understand and support a tech-first, flat-fee model with compliance expertise • Proven ability to provide balanced, compliant solutions for different stakeholders • Comfortable working with proprietary technology and AI-driven tools • Superb organizational skills • Ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance the offering • Ability to thrive in a nimble, fast-paced environment
