📋 Description

• Guide a dedicated team of CFP® professionals through technical and interpersonal coaching • Build trust and help planners deliver clear, actionable advice • Serve as internal lead and authority on a specific planning domain • Develop scalable frameworks, teaching tools, and firm-wide best practices • Represent Planning in cross-functional discussions with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance • Ensure tools and client communications reflect planning realities • Manage a small book of 25–35 client relationships, approximately 15% of the time • Test new practice initiatives, run live demonstration sessions, and maintain understanding of the member experience

🎯 Requirements

• CFP® designation required • 10+ years of comprehensive financial planning experience • 5+ years of direct leadership experience guiding high-performing planning teams • Ability to turn complex planning concepts into simple, practical frameworks that scale across an organization • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of resolving complex organizational challenges constructively and diplomatically
