📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day finance and grants management operations • Oversee the full grants management lifecycle in Foundant • Track grant-funded expenditures • Prepare and review financial reports for funders • Reconcile EveryAction and QuickBooks Online quarterly receivables • Maintain grant files and serve as liaison between program staff and funders • Support financial close processes and assist in preparing budgets • Help prepare materials for the annual audit • Monitor compliance with grant agreements and statutory requirements • Coach and support program and outreach staff on budget management

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2+ years of experience supervising or mentoring staff • Demonstrated experience managing grant budgets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience managing projects in Monday.com or similar software • Knowledge of financial software (QuickBooks Online, EveryAction) • Must reside in Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin
