📋 Description

• Own access provisioning and deprovisioning for new hires and departures across Google, Slack, Healthie, Spruce, and the Registry • Administer Google Workspace, including the admin console, SSO, and planned DLP/Vault upgrade • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the MSP/IT vendor, including laptop procurement, deployment, lifecycle, Tier 1 help desk escalations, and network IT infrastructure • Provide Tier 1 support for Healthie, Spruce, Registry, Google, and Slack • Maintain a weekly MSP scorecard covering ticket volume, SLA performance, aging tickets, patch/update compliance, endpoint security, MDM enrollment, and onboarding/offboarding turnaround • Maintain company asset inventory and coordinate laptop deployment for all W2 employees • Support SSO and password manager rollout with the Security & Compliance Manager and Head of Product Operations • Partner on MDM/BYOD compliance tracking and endpoint security status • Centralize and clean up cross-system onboarding workflows • Escalate SLA breaches, unresolved vulnerabilities, and vendor performance issues

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, corporate IT, or technical help desk roles • Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace (or a comparable environment), including user provisioning, SSO, and basic security settings • Experience managing or closely coordinating with an outsourced MSP or IT vendor • Comfort owning a device fleet, including procurement, deployment, lifecycle tracking, and inventory management • Detail-oriented, with strong documentation habits, including checklists, inventories, and ticket tracking • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Familiarity with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf and BYOD device compliance programs is preferred • Experience holding an MSP or vendor to SLA-based accountability is preferred • Exposure to HIPAA or other regulated-industry IT environments is preferred • Experience supporting SOC2 or HITRUST certification efforts or MDM/security tooling rollouts is preferred • Prior early-stage startup experience and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities are preferred
