• Monitor and work the support queue • Conduct hardware and software deployment, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery • Install, maintain, secure, and repair hardware and software • Perform infrastructure and application documentation • Review systems and practices for compliance with procedures and standards • Provide technical support for problems and changes • Mentor and train team members • Manage complex infrastructure projects • Remain current in the technical discipline through annual technical training and/or technical certifications • Resolve and report on issues • Implement infrastructure capacity planning, high-availability systems, disaster recovery plans, system maintenance and patching plans, system backup plans, performance monitoring, documentation, and alerts • Support business continuity and data security • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education • Three years' experience within area of discipline • Strong process discipline • Ability to create clear documentation and follow established workflows • Solid understanding of ServiceNow or structured ticket management • Experience or exposure to M365 suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, and Viva • Exposure to Azure, Active Directory, security tools, and Intune helpful but not required • Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Ability to perform occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Ability to perform rare climbing • Ability to work day shift in the United States of America
